Another beautiful, relaxing walk in a video game.
How big is the map in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024? It's as big as Earth is in reality. The scale is 1:1. When you would walk around the whole planet in MFS2024, then it would take 8000 hours. It's approx. 40,000 km (24,000 miles)! When you walk 5 km/h then it takes 8000 hours. Then I would have to make 2000 videos of 4 hours. I'm not going to do that. Well, I would like to do that, but it's just not a good idea. It would take too much time. I want to walk across maps in other open world games as well. What I'm going to do is walk from the northwest in The Netherlands to Amsterdam, the capital city. And then I quit. Well, maybe I'm going to continue the journey one day.

In Part 1 we started in den Helder in teh northwest of The Netherlands and we walked to a campsite called De Oude Boomgaard in Waarland nearby Heerhugowaard. In the previous part we continued our journey until we reached Zaandijk/Zaandam at a mill called Verfmolen de Kat. Let's continue our journey right here.
