Additional comments: This is quite possibly the last time I will ever fly Swiss. Throughout the round trip luggage was lost and destroyed, and the staff was very rude. Also, the meal service on this flight was discriminatory against vegetarians like me. Swiss also ripped me off by refusing to grant me my business class upgrade on this flight that I paid for. What a joke of an airline. Even Spirit can do better.
