This session provides valuable information to both new and experienced nurses as we discuss many of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's offerings. We highlight the Foundation's program coordinator mentoring program. We describe each role and how you can become involved. With the evolving landscape of the needs of patients living with CF, we will reintroduce you to the many CF Foundation community and support connection programs. CF Peer Connect will be featured with testimonials from patients living with CF and how you can support your patients. The CF Foundation education committee will highlight new materials that are trending, how to steal shamelessly, and how these resources will contribute to and benefit CF centers around the country.
