This video shows a quick how to make a perfect, healthy, quick and easy Sesame Jaggery Bars using the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
Sesame Seeds 1 Cup
Jaggery 3/4 Cup
Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tsp
Steps:
Add shredded jaggery to a hot pan
Add Water
Keep mixing
Boil until it becomes thick while mixing
Check by dropping little into cold water
Make sure it turns brittle quickly
Add Butter
Mix well
Add Sesame Seeds
Mix well
Transfer to a flat surface already greased with ghee
Flatten out the mixture
Make it into a shape and cut into desired sizes.
Let them dry and Enjoy 😊
