swayam paaka
ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಸಾರು
garlic rasam
For grinding:
cloves of garlic
little coriander leaves
curry leaves
ginger
green chili (optional)
jeera/cumin seeds
jaggery
pepper
turmeric powder
2 tomatoes
If the tomatoes are sour skip this step. elase soak little tamarind in water
3/4 tsp salt or salt to taste
2 to 3 cups of water
for seasoning:
1 tsp cooking oil/ghee
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
