The report recommending suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane be removed from office would not be set aside if taken on legal review. This is according to the Chairperson of the Section 194 Committee, Qubudile Dyantyi. His comments come as the EFF rejected the report. Previously, Mkhwebane also threatened to go to the courts, labelling the process as illegal and unlawful.
