Bridgeport City officials today kicked off the first annual American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Bridgeport is raising awareness by hosting the walk at the Seaside Park to encourage early detection. The walk takes place this Sunday, October 23, 2016 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Casino Bath House in Bridgeport’s Seaside Park.
