Ingredients List For Macher Chop :

1. Katla fish 6 nos (cut piece)
2. Salt as per needs
3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
4. Mustard oil 1.5 tbsp
5. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
6. Chopped green chilli 4 nos
7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
9. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
10. Coriander powder 1/3 tsp
11. Boiled potato 3 nos
12. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
13. Chopped coriander leaf 3 tbsp

For batter :

1. Besan 1 cup
2. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
3. One pinch of turmeric powder
4. Salt to taste
5. One pinch of baking soda

For deep fry :

oil
