If you just got an Insulated Patio Roof Installed like an Elite panel Roof System and you're wondering how to run the electric wire to install your ceiling fan then you have come to the right place. This video will give you the basic on how to run the electricity and install a fan on an Elite panel roof. With the right skill set, it is possible to do this yourself. DIY
You choose where you wanted the fan beam panel to be put during installation but now you are left with a nice panel roof with no electricity. You will see in the video what it takes to do this job and decide if it's something you can do or if you should hire an electrician to do this for you.
The fan beam is embedded in the bottom middle of the panel and runs the entire length of the panel. The fan beam dimensions are Approx. 1" x 2" Aluminum.
The ceiling fan is the single most popular add-on for any patio cover. The air movement pulls in fresh air creating a more usable space when it gets warm.
