You know I love all my cakes, but this Triple Chocolate Cake, is just something else!
I love chocolate cake and this one has chocolate in all kinds of textures with the fudge dark chocolate brownie, crunchy cacao layer, silky milk chocolate ganache and a smooth Nutella mousse. All my favourite things in one. I promise, you won't go wrong with this one!
The black glaze and the spiky chocolate spire gives the cakes a Halloweeny feel and although I normally love to make pastel coloured cakes, I really love this strong look.
In this video, I show you step-by-step how I create the cake from beginning to end and share all my best tips to making entremet cakes ☺️
The cake consists of:
- Double Brownie Chocolate Cake with Hazelnut
- Milk Chocolate Crunch with Cacao
- Milk Chocolate Ganache
- Milk Chocolate Nutella Mousse
- Mirror Glaze
- Chocolate Decorations
