In Pakistan, electricity consumers will see a slight increase of 26 paise per unit in December, despite a negative fuel cost adjustment, according to the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority or NEPRA. The adjustment stems from a request by ex-Wapda distribution companies or Discos for a negative fuel cost adjustment of Rs1.02 per unit for electricity consumed in October.
