Robert was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012. When he was diagnosed, he had PSA of 8.6, Gleasons score of 9 and a staging of T2B of prostate cancer. He received external beam radiation therapy for 7 and ½ weeks, which was followed by androgen deprivation therapy for 18 months.
