The Spot

Dr. Johnathon Ohnn, better known as The Spot, is the main antagonist of Sony Pictures Animation's Spider-Verse film trilogy. He was once a scientist at Alchemax who transported a radioactive spider from Earth-42 to Earth-1610B using Kingpin's Super-Collider, causing it to bite Miles Morales and turn him into Spider-Man. During the Super-Collider's destruction, Johnathon was mutated by a batch of dark matter he was carrying, transforming him into a universe-travelling supervillain, who despite starting off as incompetent, ends up becoming a massive threat to the entire Multiverse upon strengthening his power by visiting the Alchemaxes of several universes, becoming Miles' arch-nemesis in the process.

Rob

Rob is the main antagonist and a supporting character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He was formerly a minor background student at Elmore Junior High and was first seen in a poster of the show posted online. Once the world became aware of his uselessness, he was sent to the Void, escaping by holding onto the back of Janice but becoming disfigured as a result. Following "The Nobody," he becomes the main antagonist of the show and Gumball's arch-nemesis.
