Here is the basically outline of this battle rope workout
SET ONE
-For the first 20 seconds you are do battle rope alternating waves
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope power slams
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss seated which you can also do standing
-END of set one and
-Then Take a 40 second break
SET TWO
-For the first 20 seconds you are do battle rope double waves
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope hip toss
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope shuffle
-Then you do 20 seconds of Jumping jacks
-The next 20 seconds you do battle rope side to side waves
-END of set two and
-Then Take a 40 second break
Repeat sets one and two ONE more time for a total of 4 sets.
4 sets = 11 minute battle rope workout.
Take a 5 minute break and do again for a full 29 minute workout and do again for a 46 minute battle rope workout.
You do not have to do the same battle rope exercises that I do in the video and you can simply insert your own battle rope exercises that you want to do from other videos here on youtube like my 12 exercise battle rope demo here at [ Ссылка ]
Tips for the exercises in the video
For the battle rope waves make sure the waves travel all the way down to the anchor you are using and if not then you need to put more force into your battle rope waves, battle rope double waves and also for the battle rope shuffle where you want to pretend you are playing defense in basketball so that you move so fast from side to side that the other player with the ball cannot pass by you.
For the hip toss you use your hips and wait to initiate the whole movement and you pretends like you are throwing someone and go so fast that you do not give that person a chance to catch their brat hand rest
For the power slams you simply want to slam so hard and fast that you literally want to try to cause an earthquake and put a crack in the concrete.
REMEMBER: You do not need battle ropes to do this workout I know that sounds weird being that this is a “battle rope” workout but you can replace your battle ropes with bed sheets and you use 1 or two bed sheets depending on your fitness level.
To burn as much fat as you can as fast as you possible can then you need to do this workout 3-4 days per week about 1-2times per day starting off with 11 minutes or only 4 sets working your way up to 8 sets or 30 minutes.
