Dr. Daniel Partain, a Consultant in the Center for Palliative Care at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, shares results of his study appearing in the December 2018 issue of Mayo Clinic Proceedings, which examined a potential gap in the knowledge and understanding of end-of-life values and beliefs in patients originating from outside the US who sought care here.
