Thousands of tourists are flocking to Guam, despite North Korea’s recent missile threats.

The small tropical island is actually seeing an uptick in vacationers, with its beaches and malls still packed.

Nearly 133,000 people visited Guam in July — a 20-year record high — and tourism has increased more than 8% since this time last year.

Searches for flights from the U.S. to Guam also saw a huge spike in August.

Which goes to show, it takes more than the threat of a nuclear attack to keep beach lovers away.
