Why Gunite : In the dry Guniting process, compressed air conveys pre blended, dry or semi-dampened materials, at high velocity to the nozzle, wherein the water is added. The water content can be controlled instantaneously by the nozzle man, allowing more effective placement in overhead and vertical applications without using chemical accelerators. Gunite machines are easy to start up, shutdown and clean up.

Solution : The Blastcrete Multi-Rig is designed for field batching of concrete, sand and cement, for dry guniting applications. This unit is equipped with a 680 kg (1500 lb.) pan mixer that is easily loaded with a skid steer. The material is blended in 1.5 to 2 minutes and discharges from the bottom slide door onto a conveyor belt. The conveyor feeds the rotary gunite machine that has a variable speed from 0 to 6 tons per hour. This machine is powered by a 29 HP Kubota diesel engine. The Blastcrete Multi-Rig is designed and produced in the U.S.A.
