***Skill Components***
Stand side on to the target with feet shoulder width apart
Ball/shot held in the fingers
Tuck ball/shot into the neck and shoulder
Keep elbow high and in-line with the shoulder
Bend the knee of the rear leg and take weight over the back foot
Rotate the body towards the target with powrful knee, hip, and shoulder rotation
Transfer weight to the front foot
Keep chin up
Release the ball/shot in forward and upwards motion
Extend arm straight
Heel rotates out and pushes up
