Remember:
- Make sure all 4 strings are ringing clearly with no buzzing or dead notes.
- Your fingers WILL hurt! This is normal and the only way to get past this is to practice more and let your fingers build up a tough callus.
- Keep your wrist straight and your thumb pushing into the back of the neck or over top of the neck. Never under the neck.
- Relax! Find a comfortable position that works for you and your fingers.
