This week, Yvonne "Bonnie" Maldonado shares news you can use about the Delta variant, students returning to school, and what's ahead. Yvonne Maldonado, MD, is Professor of Pediatrics and of Epidemiology and Population Health, the Taube Professor in Global Health and Infectious Diseases, and Chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Infectious Diseases.

Lisa Kim is Senior Manager of Media Relations for Stanford Medicine and Stanford Health Care. Lisa has a deep background in journalism, as she is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who has covered stories on both the national and local levels.
