Death Wish 3 from 1985 was by far the funniest action film ever made - that was NOT meant to be funny. In this scene, a dreadlocked criminal lurks upon an innocent man and wife as they leave the local grocery store, 1st cursing the man out, then immediately asking the man to borrow $5. They ambush the couple - but super chisled Charles Bronson comes to the rescue - SUCKER!!
