One of the first things to learn as a champion CEO is that you don’t have to put up with every D-class client’s bullsh*t.
You know the complainer's type, the ones who expect you to play bank, the ones who want to act like the expert…
But there comes a time in your career in which we say NO MORE, and that’s why we’ve crafted this AMAZING FILTER FAST TOOL that’ll allow you to rate the kind of clients you’re dealing with to put a stop to wasting your time with deadbeat clients.
So, we have gathered 5 different aspects to take into account to help you filter out those difficult clients that instead of making you more profits, are draining the life out of you and your business.
1️⃣ Profitability: How much profit are you actually making from these people? Are you the lowest bidder or the most valuable to them?
2️⃣ Work Volume: Are you doing repeat business with them? Make sure it’s profitable, worthy work!
3️⃣ Energy: Do they drain your business? If you’re stressing and losing sleep over a client, then they should NOT be your client at all.
4️⃣ Repetitive: The good hang with the good and thieves hang with thieves, so if you’re not getting good referrals from them, that should tell you something!
5️⃣ Lifetime value: People either stick by you for a long time or they’re fly by nights looking to land business for less payment! A client with a high “lifetime value” is worth investing in!
