There is lots of parking area available in the basement and Restaurant and refreshment facilities also available. You need to buy tickets from the counter. From ticket counter to the view point either you walk or use their own vehicle #DTP C Jeeps. From here you can also visit to #Ilaveezha Poonchira and #Vagamon (approax 30km distance from Illikkal Kallu) .
