This is a 30-minute strong flow warms up and opens your shoulders, as well as strengthens the core to prepare you to balance on your forearms! There would be lots of dolphins and shoulder strengthening exercises which are excellent preps for this inversion at the end. Prepare a block if your shoulders are tight. We will work through a flow before using the wall to learn some tips and drills to help us to invert!
Pincha Mayurasana/ Forearm Stand is an intermediate inversion so it will push you out of your comfort zone. Try your best, explore around but remember to listen to your own body. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the journey!
