Shoplifting turned into a betrayal for one New Jersey couple last August when police caught up to them after an alleged stealing spree at a local Target store. Bodycam footage captured the moment 33-year-old Hannah Papendick was apprehended by police from the Town of Ocean, New Jersey. Papendick and her fiancée had been spotted on security cameras apparently working together to load up bags with unpaid merchandise from the store before walking out.

Papendick and her partner were separated when police tracked her down, but that didn’t stop her from outing the woman she was engaged to — telling officers exactly where she was and what she did in the bodycam video. Both women were arrested and taken to jail after the betrayal was captured in the officer’s bodycam.
