In fact 120 billion plastic units of cosmetic items are produced each year which is staggering. So, I’ve simplified my routine and opted for the concentrated versions of specific ingredients that support my skin without any additives or too much plastic. The pipette is still plastic which is annoying, but with @UpCircleBeauty you can specify no pipette with your second order which I LOVE. Deciem don't claim to be sustainable but they are transparent and working to minimise their impact. All their outer packaging is cardboard, they are working towards better waste and water management, though they do have plastic tubes elsewhere in their range and their site is pretty sparse on the details. But they are affordable and I love the glass bottles- @Deciem
