I am a ThinkPad user. I have been using ThinkPad since the I series in the 1990's. I find the machines to be very durable and the customer service to be excellent.
The components are also top quality. I have recently moved from using the ThinkPad X230 to the ThinkPad X240.
What do I like about the ThinkPad X240?
The build and durability is much improved since the X230. There is no question about this. The X230 had flimsy screen bezels and soft parts. I like having the IPS
Multitouch panel. Both machines I have are Intel i7. The X230 a 3rd Gen and X240, 4th Gen. I will be interested in seeing if there is any change in the processing
speed between these two machines.
