This route to Baguio City is 40.5 km. long from Pugo Junction which is 10.4 km. longer than the Jose Aspiras/Gov. Ben Palispis Highway (Marcos Hiway) route.
Pros:
Minimal vehicles, increases only in the Baguio City area.
Perfect for daytime relaxed driving.
Cons:
Has a lot of sharp curves/Imperfect super-elevation.
Increased wear and tear of tires.
Be aware of animals on the road.
Not advisable for night driving if you are not familiar with the route.
