DFW's Trusted Leader in Restoration and Clean-Up, Since 1976
Why does Dalworth Restoration have such initials as BBB, IICRC, RIA and ARCS behind our name? Because certifications and constant reinvestment in training ensure that you are receiving true professional services.
Feeling valued in one's job is extremely important. Knowing that your work is appreciated and you're efforts are being recognized, can make you feel as though you're on top of the world. We want our employees to have this feeling every single day! One of the ways we make sure this happens is to hold monthly "Hoo-Rahs".
Here are some benefits to why employee recognition is a good thing:
Increased productivity - behavior that is reinforced leads to repetition of the desired behavior and therefore increased productivity.
-Greater employee satisfaction and enjoyment of their job - more time is focused on the job and less on complaining.
-Higher loyalty and satisfaction scores from customers.
-Teamwork between employees grows.
-Retention of quality employees increases – lower employee turnover.
-Better safety records and fewer accidents on the job.
-Lower negative effects such as absenteeism and stress.
Core Value:
Do The Right Thing - For The Company, The Customer, The Employee, and the Community.
Brand Promise:
Our brand promise is to respond quickly and renew with integrity and compassion.
Purpose:
Our purpose is to renew property, possessions, and lifestyles with compassion.
Annual Thanksgiving Potluck:
What really makes us excited for the annual Thanksgiving potluck is the time we get to share with our coworkers; the planning, prepping, cooking and then relishing in the realization that the people at Dalworth Restoration are really pretty awesome!
Potlucks are for sharing; sharing traditions, sharing a space and sharing each other's company. The differences in food and ways of celebrating, end up uniting us, and our culture becomes stronger. This time of year also gives us a chance to reflect on what we are thankful for; having a job and great employees are on that list. We are a community. We are a tribe. And the people at Dalworth: Are. Really. Pretty. Awesome!

Josh: If you’re having fun and everything else kinda works out, generally speaking, so whenever it’s not fun, who wants to not have fun in general, so I think up at work it’s sort of the gauge if everything is working like it should be, because I think in general if we’re all having fun but working rigorously then everything seems to work.
Shane: I totally agree. One of the things, for us, is not only us having fun but everybody that works there having fun. And so we do a lot of fun things and that’s a part of our strategy is trying to create fun. We set a lot of goals, personal goals, business goals and reaching those goals we celebrate and the celebration really what invigorates our culture.
