On September 30th 2020, Croteam decided to stream a playthrough of the E3 2018 demo of Serious Sam 4 on their Discord server instead of uploading the original E3 2018 video sent to journalists back then like the community has been asking them to. This resulted in a choppy low-quality stream because Discord streaming is less than good.

The people talking in the commentary appears to be Daniel Lucic, Damjan Mravunac, and whoever was in the stream chat at the time.
