Moroccan Baked Fish is a baked dish of goodness with all the aroma and flavour of spices and herbs. I baked it on a bed of onion, tomatos and lemon which gives such an amazing taste alongwith the marinade made👍🏻
You can serve it simple with a fork, salad or even make fish tacos with it.

Ingredients:
White Fish Fillet 1 KG
Onion - Sliced - 1 Large
Tomatoes - Sliced - 1 Large
Lemon - Sliced - 1
Coriander leaves- Chopped - A handful
Marinade
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Olive Oil 2 Tablspn
Salt 1/2 Tspn
Coriander Powder 1 Tablspn
Paprika Powder 1 Tablspn
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 Tablspn
Prepare a baking tray with sliced vegetables.
Coat fish in marinade and place on top of veggues.
Sprinkle generous coriander leaves
Bake in a Preheated oven at
200 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
The fish is done when charred and golden in color.
Serve hot.
