Everyone has there own reasons for hitting the gym, here are some of mine in this video. I've been asked for a long time to make a video about weightlifting and training so I just wanted to hopefully provide a little bit of inspiration out there for the lads. I'm not obsessed with the gym and I'm sure you'll find great advice videos from people far better than me on YouTube. I'm not trying to be an expert, I'm just trying to enjoy my time lifting in the gym.
