Guardian Home Inspection performing diagnostic main lateral sewer inspection on subject property 10563 Hillview Ave.. Inspector used 3 inch ABS sewer clean out located at the front of the property. Inspector inserted camera visualizing interior Sewer Line which is clay. The main lateral sewer pipe has various joints that have tree root intrusion. The tree root intrusion has various areas that have approximately 90% blockage. Inspector pushed past tree roots to visualize main lateral city sewer connection known as the city saddle. The main city sewer connection appear serviceable with no visible abnormalities present at the time of the inspection. The inspector retracted camera and counted the amount of feet needed for repair on the main lateral sewer pipe. The entire main lateral sewer pipe appears to be damaged and should be repaired or replaced. Consult license plumber for further review and repair.
