Chase McCain returns to Lego City but not so peacefully. Rex Fury has escaped Albatross Prison and is at large in Lego City. Chase must rely on his new police friends and save Lego City, and his friend Natalia Kowoski.

Rex Fury used tools from the Bluebell Mine so Chase goes there to find a theft that might know about him.
