THE APARTMENT:
A beautiful beach front apartment in the luxurious 5 star Urbanization Los Granados del Mar. This property has frontal, uninterrupted views towards the Mediterranean sea and over the green communal areas creating a stunning colorful contrast between blue and green while relaxing on the 39 square meter terrace.
Upon entering the apartment you will walk into a spacious hall, to the right of which you will find the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances which is separate from the rest of the apartment. To the left there is a spacious living room with access to the main terrace upgraded with removable glass curtains allowing you to enjoy the fresh sea air during the summer and keeping you warm during the winter.
