About the Chef:
Eric's culinary savoir-faire started in northern New Jersey. As a young adult, he worked at The Culinary Renaissance under the rigorous tutelage of acclaimed chef Frank Falcinelli where he trained with the best. He opened his own fine dining restaurant in West Chester, Pa called The Meritage Restaurant and Bar which received raving reviews from many critics, including specifically The Philadelphia Inquirer. A few years later Eric moved into the world of culinary broadcasting using his knowledge, and experience to advertise and design everything from cookware to fun gadgets and houseware. Chef Eric Theiss remains as a key industry talent, a loved kitchen personality, and is known today as “America’s Favorite TV Chef.”

Luck of the Irish Apple Stuffed Waffles
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 large can apple pie filling
Green Food Coloring
2 8 count containers refrigerated cinnamon buns plus icing
2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Directions
1. Preheat Wafflizer
2. In a large bowl, combine apple pie filling and a few drops of green food coloring. Color to your preference.
3. Spray Wafflizer with pan spray.
4. Take cinnamon buns out of the can and place 4 down on the waffle base.
5. Take two tablespoons of apple pie filling and place them on the center of the cinnamon roll dough.
6. Sprinkle some Lucky Charms cereal on top of filling.
7. Place 4 more cinnamon buns on top of filling.
8. Close Wafflizer and cook until golden brown.
9. While the waffle is cooking, place cinnamon bun frosting in a small bowl and place a drop or two of green food coloring. Mix to lightly color the frosting.
10. Remove waffle carefully and lightly drizzle with cinnamon bun frosting. Sprinkle a few more lucky charms on top and serve warm.
