I challenged myself to completing as many shrines as possible without spending any Spirit Orbs or receiving any Divine Gifts. 116 out of the game's 120 Shrines are possible to complete this way. The four Shrine Quests that are not unlocked until their corresponding local Divine Beasts have been freed are:

Bareeda Naag - The Ancient Rito Song
Dagah Keek - The Ceremonial Song
