Suffering is overlooked like that awkward person sitting in the corner. No one wants to talk to them, let alone acknowledge their presence. If we got to know those who are suffering (struggling with depression, boyfriend broke up with them, got into an accident, lost a loved one, ect.) and hear their story we would find suffering has much to teach. Suffering is a part of life.
Highly practical and personal, this talk touches upon a common phenomenon. Let loose and cry a little. Tears are poop for the soul.
