Cozy DIY sweatpants with pockets. Easy step by step tutorial, all you need is a pair of your old pants to trace from. You may need to make some adjustments along the way like I did for a better fit. The fabric choice for this tutorial is actually kind of unusual. I had some cheap Ikea blankets laying around that I absolutely love and decided to use one of them for this project. The blanket is made out of very soft felt-like material, not too thick or heavy, just perfect for the cold weather. Some times I love using unconventional materials, plus the blanket cost only $3.99. Can’t beat the price.
I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
Happy Sewing!
