Inflorescence is what it is. It's not the flower. The spadix, I've read, is how the white structure is called and that's where the tiny flowers really grow. I've decided not to cut it and let nature take its course. Some say the flower has to be cut to allow the plant to focus its energy on the leaves. Tricky nature... 💚🌿🌱😇
