Ostrich Egg Omelette Anyone?
We have bought this egg from a local ostrich farm and after watching a few videos decided to drill the egg (vs. hammer it). If you have different drill bit sizes it was a very easy and FUN thing to do as a family! The omelette taste was amazing, creamy and so light (btw you don't need to eat it all at once, for 3 days the egg can be stored in the fridge and if you need it to last longer -freeze it). Great expereince, we definitely recommend!
