This is a 10 min workout to improve your posture! It's perfect if you spend too much time sitting down or looking at a computer screen.
This workout has a mix of strength exercises and stretches. It will help with rounded back, rounded shoulders and hunchback.
You can do all of the exercises standing up or on your knees - do them as you feel more comfortable🤗
We do have 10 second breaks each minute! 😊 And you can repeat the exercises as many times as you need ❤
Here’s what you can expect from this workout:
- 30 seconds of exercises followed by 10 seconds of breaks
- All exercises are done standing
- No equipment
- A relaxing background - the beach!
- No talking, so you can just enjoy the music!
