Today we’re making Mee Goreng, or Singapore/Malaysia Malay style Fried Noodles and it’s so easy that this is what I’m having for lunch today.

Ingredients:
- 200 g Yellow Noodles
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Sweet Soya Sauce or Kicap Manis
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Optional: 2 tbsps Dried chilli paste (Recipe: [ Ссылка ])
- Protein of choice
- I'm using Fried Tau Kee or Fish meat wrapped in dried beancurd skin
- Veggies
- I'm using Yau Mak Chye and Bok Choy
- 2tbsps Oil to Cook
