Follow the steps. Otherwise it won't work.
1st install stock Kitkat rom on xolo q1010i
2ns install CTR v3.3 Recovery
3rd wipe all and flash ROM and Gapps(ARM pico 6.0)
4th wipe cache and delvik
Reboot and enjoy

WiFi
Gps
Sound
Camera
Flash
Mic
Sendors
Etc
