You can be in control of how you feel with practice. It is possible to feel good even if your circumstances are not perfect. Handling problems and dealing with stress is a part of life. Don’t tell yourself that when this is taken care of, and when that is better, you are going to feel good. There will always be something else, but that does not have to be a problem.
