My favorite way to break down plywood is with a track saw. My first attempt at breaking down plywood was with a jigsaw and the results were terrible. Then I upgraded to a circular saw and that worked much better, but I needed accuracy, so the track saw became the obvious choice. Perhaps it would have helped me early on to understand how blade tooth count affects the quality of cut, but the stock blade that comes with my track saw is fine tooth and leaves a nearly perfect edge. Tomorrow I’ll be starting a new build series, so you’ll see over this week how this build goes.
