250 grams Gram Flour
125 grams Rice Flour
1 big Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 inch Ginger, finely chopped
6 Cashew Nuts, finely chopped
Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
Salt, to taste
5 tablespoon Oil, hot
1 tablespoon Water
