CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A 45-day investigation led to the arrest of a suspected drug dealer in Norwood. Eric Sarver was arraigned on drug trafficking, drug possession and gun charges on Friday.
Norwood police served a search warrant on an apartment on Elsmere Ave. Thursday. They recovered heroin, methamphetamine and amphetamines. They also found two guns that Sarver is not allowed to have due to previous convictions.
According to court papers, Sarver sold meth to an undercover officer within 1,000 feet from Williams Avenue Elementary.
Sarver's attorney says other people live in the apartment, calling into question whether the drugs were his.
A judge ordered Sarver held on $37,500 bond.
