CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - There are new charges against a man already accused of trying to have his daughter killed.

A new indictment alleges Joseph Addison raped two children over a decade ago. This happened in 2015, 2007 and 2003.

Local 12 told about Addison's case involving a hit man. He apparently hatched the plan in jail with another inmate.

He was in jail on charges he raped the 11-year-old. Investigators say he wanted to ensure she and four others would not testify against him.
