We head East for the first time toward Mungo National Park to see the Walls of China erosion formation and stay at the Belah Campground - where there was a fire ban! :(
Mungo National Park is an old station and we checked out the ruins of the Zanci Homestead where an old grader still lies, as well as checking out the underground 'cool-room'
We set off for our second last day of the trip, where we check out Balranald and Hay, both along the Murrumbidgee River
We try our luck to find a good, isolated camp but things were not going well for us! We ended up making our own camp along the Murrimbidgee River where we enjoyed the flow of the river to ourselves!
Our final day saw us trek toward home, stopping in and checking out the Narrandera silo art!
We say cya at Marulan Service Centre where we only had another 45mins of driving.
Thanks for watching our Lap of NSW series! This was an amazing adventure, and as we have shown, you don't need a brand new caravan to get out and see our great state! All we had was a couple of 4x4s with a swag and a tent between us. Apart from fuel, this trip was considerably cheap!
Stay tuned on our channel for more adventures!
